Neyeveli Lignite corporation(7x230MW)(NLCL),M/s. Wabag,Chennai,M/s.ISRO, Trivandrum,M/s Vizag steel plant,M/s Salem steel Plants

Experience

Project Management

  1. Planning, scoping, estimation, tracking & implementation of project plans within the specified budgets and deadlines.

  2. Preparing project schedules / plans, engineering designs / drawings and technical specification as per the requirements of the client.

  3. Liaising with clients & consultants on determining technical specifications and requirement

Design Engineering

  1. Administering the design and development of equipment layouts for ASH,CHS, EOT cranes,Hoists & Lifts.

  2. Model review, Design review, Deliverables list / schedule preparation and man-power planning, Inter-discipline coordination, Vendor coordination and vendor documents review, Preparation of Requests for Quotation and Technical bid analyses to finalise the vendor.

Field Support

  1. Site Inspection and onsite erection, commissioning support for the ASH,CHS & Cranes.

  2. Clearing day to day Site Technical quarries.

  3. Coordinating with electrical, mechanical, other related dept. to ensure work progress is meeting all norms.

 Team Management

  1. Coordinating manpower planning competency building for implementation of new projects.

  2. Responsible for team building and providing effective leadership to realize the potential of every member of the team for delivering quantifiable results.
